Had a new HVAC unit installed last year and couldnt be happier with quiet operation. At this time of year my LP would be down to 40% with the old unit. Checked it today and only at 70%. That is fantastic efficiency. Thank you.

Called Bays for information about our heat pump not maintaining temperature. We are new to heat pump operation. The wonderful woman who answered the call diagnosed our thermostat problem and walked us through the solution. Her brilliant assistance saved us from a very chilly day. Thank you!

My furnace quit working and I called the service department and the came right out. It need parts that he didnt have but within a few hours he came back with parts and fixed my furnace. Great service and very reliable. I highly recommend this company for your service.
